Had my hair done by Martha yesterday and I’m in love! Best haircut and hair color I’ve had in a long time!! Coming out of postpartum- this cut is making me feel confident and pretty. I highly recommended her!

This store is huge and has pretty much everything you need. Also I had the best customer experience with Sandra, she helped me find the hair tools I needed and helped me apply for the store card, Thank you Sandra for being so kind!! I Will definitely keep recommending this store and all the friendly staff.

This is a large Ulta, very clean, organized, and well-stocked. The employees helped me find what I needed by looking up my account, and I really liked the clear plexiglass between each check out counter, set up for COVID times.

For the most part friendly but for Some reason every time I go in I see at least one or 2 workers just staring at what I’m doing, but not once ask if I need help. Like seriously!!! & no I don’t want to steal a $50 foundation I want to make sure I take what I need so I don’t have to go back and return it.. I’ve been in there 3xs and same issue. Sorry for having too many tattoos and being Hispanic. Not sorry teach your workers better customer service. Thank you Don’t judge a person for how they look. You might need more than them .

I cannot say enough good things about Natalie R.! I have been going through a hair loss period that has recently stopped. She has been amazing at keeping my hair healthy yet still cute and has methods to minimize hair damage if you do want to color your hair. Her artistic eye can match the hair color very closely to any photo you do show her. Her hair cutting/styling is an art. She makes an effort to listen to what you want to do with your hair. Would recommend Natalie to anyone!
